Q1: Is the Meade 2x Ultra TX TeleXtender 2 Inch Format w/1.25 Inch Adapter the same thing as a Barlow? Can you tell me which is better for a Meade LX200GPS using both 1.25" and 2" eyepieces (used for both solar system and deep space viewing)? Many thanks. Lewis
A: It is exactly like a Barlow lens. i suggest the tele-extender as it is much more comfortable to the eye and has a much better optical quality than a Barlow lens.
